APG Images is mindful of the legal requirements and privacy issues associated with events involving minors/children. With respect to these requirements we are able to provide clients with secure online access to each event.  In essence we provide a secure password protected area within our website, which allows only those with the correct password to access and view images from a particular event. APG Images guarantees that no images associated with an event involving minors will be displayed for viewing by the general public unless APG Images has obtained written consent and release forms to do so.

Our staff and photographers have current working with children checks and we, as an organisation, remain vigilant in all matters preventing the exploitation of children.
